July is flying by - so I have put together two updates to let you know what we have been doing. We have been staying close to home, kind of like this painted turtle we found in our front yard!
Uncle David rode over for a visit and Miles got to see his new motorcycle! WOW! He loved walking around and admiring all of the parts. He was not so happy when David put his helmet on however, this caused Miles to erupt into tears!!!
We have been wandering through our favorite local park and watching as the flora and fauna change with the seasons. This will be our last summer with an only child, so we are trying to help Miles feel extra special in everything we do!
Miles fell asleep on this walk, so it looks like it was just the two of us in the photo!
We also had a wonderful visit from Theo Dan and Michelle. Miles loved the impromptu jam session that took place at Yia Yia's house. Here you can see him dancing in his pajamas, then he decided to jump right in and play along with his talented uncle & papa.
These are such great pictures and memories! We had a blast. Danny and I were in Bar Harbor, Maine, and I bought a jar of Dilly Beans! I thought of you, and ate the whole thing. Can't wait to see you guys again. We love you!
